1. Why should I try Microdosing?
Microdosing has been shown to reduce anxiety, increase physical and mental performance, help with depression*, boost mood, increased creativity, aid with PTSD and addiction. Most people feel a general sense of well being after microdosing for a month. Many people choose one of the above reason, a few or all of them to try microdosing.
*Do not take if you are currently taking anti-depressant. It is safe with some anti-depressants but we are not doctors and recommend talking to your doctor first if you are on any anti-depressants.

2. How do I micro dose correctly?
We recommend the Paul Stamets method, which is 4 days on and 3 days off. The off days are just as important. If you microdose everyday you will build up a tolerance and then will need to take more to feel the same effects. The off days help to wash your receptors so that you can still feel the benefits of the microdose. When you microdose consistently at the recommended frequency, you will still feel the positive effects on your off days.

3. How do I choose between100mg and 250mg?
We recommend if you are new to microdosing to start with the 100mg as some people are more sensitive than others. Some days you may want a bit more but still microdose, or if you are less sensitive then the 250mg is for you.

4. Are there other benefits to micro-dosing?
Most of the benefits we listed above but another big one is neurogenesis, which I like to refer to as Anti-aging for your brain. Neurogenesis is the process by which new neurons are formed in the brain. This helps your brain create new pathways so you don't always fall into the same "groove" of thinking, which leads to more creativity & increased mental performance.

5. Will I get high from this?
You will not get high microdosing. It's such a small (micro) dose that you get the benefits without getting high. Do start low at the 100mg though as some people are more sensitive and may need less.

6. Is there anyone who shouldn't micro-dose?
People who have a history or schizophrenia or psychotic disorders ideally should not microdose or take psilocybin. As with any new medications or supplements if you are on anti-depressants or anti-anxiety medications we strongly recommend discussing this with your doctor to ensure that you are being as safe and healthy as possible.

7. Why add Lions Mane and Cordyceps?
Lion's Mane and Cordyceps are added as they also both support brain health. In alternative medicine, Cordyceps is often touted as a natural energy booster while Lion's Mane is a nootropic, shown to increase creativity and help with concentration! Together these create an amazing powerhouse product for your brain!

8. Can I take more if I choose to do so?
Yes, you can take more. The 250mg line was designed to stack if desired but know you are now getting to higher than a microdose. We call the 100mg & 250mg a microdose, the 500mg an experience dose, 750mg a concert dose and 1000mg a journey dose. If taking more than 250mg please know you should not drive  or operate machinery, think of it like have more than 2 drinks, just stay home and enjoy!

9. Is there any side effects to micro-dosing?
Unless you take more than the listed microdose, are not on anti-depressants and don't have a history of scizophrenia or psychotic disorders, there are no known negative side effects, just positive ones!

10. What are the "boost" capsules for?

Our niacin 100mg capsule helps boost neurogenesis by pushing it to all your extremities, a benefit of the flushing effect of niacin. The 250mg boosted capsules contain L-theanine, which has a calming but not tiring effect and is great as an added extra benefit to microdosing for treating anxiety.
